Last week, we updated Sourcebook with new data from the Virginia REALTORS®. During the third quarter of this year, the median home sales price in Virginia was just below $300,000, based on 35,538 total sales. That’s a 5.2% increase in price compared to 2018 Q3, and a 6.0% increase in the number of units sold. Look for a larger update with new cost burden and rental data in early 2020.
